Can any one tell me about the battery system I have on this model?

Thank you for the reply. I purchased this unit last year and haven't touch it. It was originally purchased here in the States for police vehicles for the then President Obama's inaugural parade. It only has 60 miles on it.

I'm not sure if all these units are equipped with wifi and blue tooth, but this one is.

The problem is I cannot get it to take a charge by the factory plug.

Any idea where I can get more information on getting it to charge?

If the scooter was not use a long time, it is possible that battery is completly discharged. Try to measure the pack voltage(It is voltage on whole battery. In your picture it is plus wire and minus wire on right side) and let me know.

This is a very amazing post.  I found so much information from your site. Godaddy $5.99 SSL Certificate keep doing a great work.
